What’s your name and role within Inspiring Teaching?

My name is Julie Pactor, and I’m the Head of Compliance here at Inspiring Teaching.

How long have you worked with Inspiring Teaching?

I've been working here for over 3 years so far.

How would you sum up your job in one sentence?

Playing a vital role in safeguarding within the schools that we support.

What’s your favourite part of your job?

It has to be working with our fabulous compliance team.

If you could learn anything instantly, what would it be?

Working across different businesses has made answering this question much simpler. I would love to learn everything about business accounting and shares.

NO!!!!

What would you choose as a go-to song to put you in a good mood?

This is an easy one. I'm choosing Walking on Sunshine by Katrina and The Waves.

What’s the most recent movie or series-binge that you’ve recommended?

I'm loving Yellowstone and The Night Manager at the moment. However, my guilty pleasure is Love Island All-Stars.

Would you rather read a book, listen to an audiobook, or neither?

Definitely reading a book.

What’s your dream holiday destination?

I'm struggling to choose one. India, Sri Lanka, and Costa Rica are on my bucket list.
