At Inspiring Teaching, we believe in supporting all our staff along their professional journey.

As part of our onboarding process, all team members will be asked to complete the following ‘mandatory’ training modules through our on-line training portal, Candidate Go. This is completely free to you.

This covers specialist subjects including:

Safeguarding - An Introduction for Teachers and Staff
FGM Awareness Training

We also offer a superb selection of additional free training for all our Teachers and Teaching Assistants.

We offer a library of 20 CPD Accredited courses created by qualified experts including Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSiE) and safeguarding all accessible on-line so that you can take them at your own speed.

These courses are available to all Inspiring Teaching staff, once you have completed your mandatory training and have worked for over a week.
