We're proud to announce that Inspiring Teaching has once again passed the APSCo Compliance+ Education audit with a perfect score of 100% — for the second consecutive year.

What is APSCo Compliance+ Education?

APSCo Compliance+ Education is the most rigorous independent quality standard available to education recruitment agencies in the UK. Crucially, it goes well beyond statutory safeguarding obligations — it holds agencies to a higher bar of best practice in areas including:

• Candidate vetting and safer recruitment procedures

• Safeguarding processes designed to protect children and vulnerable adults

• Alignment with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSiE)

• Consistency and quality of service delivery to schools

Audits are not self-assessments. They are carried out by independent professionals — experienced teaching professionals and specialist safeguarding auditors — appointed by APSCo. There is no room for interpretation or generous marking. You either meet the standard or you don't.

A single strong audit result could be attributed to good preparation. Two years at 100% demonstrates something more significant: that compliance is not an annual exercise for us, but an everyday discipline embedded in how we operate.
