Good morning and welcome back to yet another new normal.
For many, today marks the first day back in school for many months. For others it’s the chance to see the rest of the class and indeed colleagues finally back together again.
No matter what changes today brings for you, what cannot be forgotten is that teaching staff, support staff (and indeed the team here at Inspiring Teaching) haven’t been away.
Educators have been working as hard as ever, either remotely or in school, to maintain the curriculum, prepare classes, remote marking, pastoral care and in managing a hundred other critical tasks.
This has been one of the hardest times in all our professional careers, with challenges that none of us could ever have imagined let alone planned or trained for.
At Inspiring Teaching, we just wanted to say thank you and, to celebrate some of the more exceptional staff and schools out there.
We’d love to hear from you about your experiences, learnings and indeed to point the spotlight on the best that our staff and partner schools have to offer.
Over the past few months, we have expanded the team, to bring in more classroom-based experience so that we can provide even better support.
Kyle joins us with 7 years of teaching in in a range of excellent Primary schools. He is joined by Rivka who has exceptional experience in Special Needs environments, including as a Teaching Assistant and as an Advocate.
