Each year we undergo a thorough independent audit to ensure that our commitment to Safer Staffing and Compliance in general and our meticulous screening process for recruiting and retaining Teachers and Teaching Assistants continues to push industry standards.
On announcing this award, Callum Skeemer, Managing Director of Inspiring Teaching said ‘To meet this standard for the third year running and in such difficult circumstances is a testament to the outstanding efforts of the whole team. On passing the Audit, Head of Compliance Bonita Corless explains the positive impact following this framework has on the running of the organisation: ‘Performing an external audit every 12 months helps to maintain the company’s focus on the Compliance + standard and processes and provides opportunities to learn about changes in best practice.

It is the best practice quality standard for Education and Social Work recruitment businesses and compels members to go beyond statutory safeguarding standards and aim for excellence in competency selection and service quality.
This best practice standard is designed to help safeguard children and to benchmark recruitment firms against the best possible service. It was developed by APSCo following extensive consultation with Education Sector Group members and, crucially, external stakeholders including: the National Association of Head Teachers, VOICE, SGOSS (the Governors Association), the Association of School & College Leaders and the National Association of School Business Managers.
