Requirements
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support children with a range of learning needs in the classroom
Work 1:1 or in small groups to help pupils reach their full potential
Assist the class teacher with daily activities and classroom management
Help create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
